بلال من بلجيكا..أصابه الله بالسرطان بعد إسلامه فاعتبر المرض علامة الرضا والقبول من الله

THIS IS AMAZING

We are defined by our opportunities, even the ones we missed~

I once struggled with the idea that there is a divine purpose behind my failure in completing my final practicum in NIE. I questioned why I was being put to the test, I chose to believe that I had lost all hope, I was even convinced that teaching was not my calling and that the only way out was to quit the service prematurely.

Two years counting, and I have a lot to be grateful for ever since I overcame the downfall I experienced. Indeed, Allah is all-knowing and I can never thank Him enough for guiding me through my darkest moments. Looking back, He made me suffer temporarily so that I can emerge as a much stronger and determined person. He made my heart broken to make it whole again, so that I could re-learn to put my trust in Him in all my affairs. And for that, I am eternally grateful Ya Rabb.

“Maybe the brokenness comes to teach you how to kneel. Stop trying to ‘be strong’. We cry, to heal. We feel, to stay human.”

“Ramadan is a time of immense transformation where we reassess, re-prioritize and recognize the most important things in our lives. One of the most important aspect is to understand what we are doing here. Allah asks us in the Qur’ān, “Where, then, are you going?” This is a question we have to ask ourselves in Ramadan - as individuals, as a family and as a society. This is a time to get close to Allah.”
